Marina Bay Luxury Condos

It was a pleasure working for one of our long term clients, this time it was for his son's new home that began with a refresh of their apartment and a stunning kitchen renovation. Our primary focus was to transform the kitchen into a space that was not only beautiful but also incredibly practical. To achieve this, we expanded the room by taking over the old dining area, which gave us a significant amount of new storage and made the entire space feel much more open. A favorite feature is the breakfast counter we added, the walk through window which fills the kitchen with natural light.

For the design, we wanted a timeless, modern look that would feel completely cozy and customer to the needs of the homeowners. We chose a sophisticated palette of modern design and warm neutral tones, focusing on materials with clean lines and high-quality finishes. The elegant grain of the hardwood flooring brings a touch of warmth and visual interest, while the neutral colors create a calm and harmonious backdrop. The end result is a kitchen that feels both tranquil and elegant—a perfect reflection of the owners' personal style and a space that will remain beautiful and versatile for years to come.
Charles & Beth Residence

Located on the beautiful country side along Northumberland, our team had the privilege of transforming a cherished generational farmhouse into a place that feels both functional and personal for a modern family. Our main goal was to thoughtfully reconfigure the main floor, opening up key living areas and bringing in a number of special features from the owners' wish list. We wanted to create a home that was perfect for a family that loves to gather often and in large numbers.

The heart of this transformation was reorienting the kitchen and creating new access points that lead directly to the backyard. This seamless flow between the indoors and outdoors makes it the perfect hub for family get-togethers, where everyone can linger for hours, whether they're cooking up delicious meals or baking with the grandkids. The kitchen flows effortlessly into a cozy yet elegant dining room, which we styled with timeless pieces contemporary yet providing comfort. The light fixtures chosen are very minimalistic and keeps the space well lit with the touch of the unexpected, while still feeling classic and enhancing the room's inviting ambiance. The space then opens into the family room, where a brand-new contemporary and minimal fireplace creates a warm and cozy spot to unwind after a long day.

We also put a lot of care into the home's first impression. The foyer now feels just as welcoming and polished as the rest of the house, with a new built-in coat closet for practicality and a dramatic black staircase that makes a bold visual statement. We added new furnishings to create a perfect little spot for keys and essentials, making the space both functional and stylish. The final result is a home that's a true reflection of its wonderful owners, combining comfort, elegance, and practicality in a stunning transformation.
The Musicians Cafe

We had the exciting opportunity to transform a cafe in the heart of Oshawa into a lively hub for local artists and musicians. Our goal was to create a space that was not only fun and vibrant, but also a dedicated stage for creativity. The core of our project guideline was a colorful, retro styled interiors that would feel both nostalgic and fresh, providing the perfect backdrop for performances while customers enjoyed their coffee.
To bring this vision to life, we used a bold and playful color palette and carefully selected vintage-inspired furnishings. The layout was planned to provide a dedicated stage for performers, surrounded by cozy booths and tables for the audience. The entire space was designed to feel energetic and welcoming, with the retro aesthetic creating a unique and sophisticated atmosphere where artists can share their talents and the community can gather to appreciate them.
Ikon Cafe

Situated at the heart of downtown Windsor, the cafe presented us with an exciting challenge to breathe new life into their space, transforming it into a blend of industrial, bespoke and vibrant haven. Rossdale Terraces

We recently had the pleasure of working with a young family to transform their empty house into a fully curated and beautiful home. Our goal was to create a space that felt warm, stylish, and functional in every corner. We began with the principal bedroom, where we custom-designed the bed to be the centerpiece of the room. Inspired by the family's travels and personal tastes, we created a statement piece using high-quality materials and meticulous attention to detail, setting the tone for the rest of the house.
For the entire home, our design approach centered on a careful mix of textures, tones, and colors to create a rich, engaging, and balanced feel. We used a variety of sumptuous fabrics and sleek surfaces, with a palette ranging from soothing neutrals to vibrant accent colors. To keep the feel modern and open, we used clean, streamlined furniture and strategically placed it throughout the space. We then layered in depth and visual interest with carefully chosen accents like statement lighting and curated artwork, ultimately blending contemporary aesthetics with a timeless, personalized appeal.
Weekend Cottage

We were excited to take on a significant multi-room renovation project for our clients, which included a full redesign of their ancestors cottage and converting it into a weekend stay, the creation of some beautiful custom furniture. Our vision for the space was to create a fresh, vibrant, welcoming retreat that perfectly captured their unique style. We guided the project from start to finish, handling everything from the initial interior design concepts and project management to the final styling and furnishing, ultimately transforming their home into a personalized sanctuary.
Throughout the entire process, we made sure to manage every detail. We brought together through a precise procurement, suppliers, and artisans worked closely with the teams to ensure a smooth and efficient build. By carefully managing the schedule and budget, we were able to deliver the project on time and exactly as planned, leaving our clients with a home that felt completely renewed and uniquely theirs.

Escapes is one of our exciting opportunity to develop a terrace garden atop a new condo building similar to th penthouse style, turning a blank space into a peaceful city oasis. Our main goal was to create a lush, green retreat that would provide a quiet escape while celebrating the spectacular views of the cityscape. The challenge was to balance privacy with open views and maximize the limited space.
Our design focused on creating distinct zones for relaxation and socializing, using low-maintenance plantings to soften the space without obstructing the horizon. We incorporated comfortable, modern seating and ambient lighting to make the garden a perfect spot to unwind both day and night. The final result is a beautiful, serene sanctuary that offers a stunning, unique perspective on urban life.
Hangover Gardens

The opportunity to develop this massive rooftop garden for a multi-story house, creating a private and luxurious living space was very exciting for one of our most joyful and vibrant lifestyle client . Our vision was to transform the rooftop into a complete outdoor retreat, with a cozy indoor suite hosting a pantry and an indoor dining area, an outdoor bar for entertaining. The goal was to provide a perfect blend of comfort and natural beauty within their own house.

The design relies on natural materials to create a warm, inviting feel, from the custom pergola and bar to the expansive deck. The space features a swing and comfortable seating under the pergola, a soothing water feature, and trellises with ornamental planters to bring the garden to life. It's a completely private oasis designed for relaxation and enjoyment.
Bi-Col House

We recently completed a small-scale landscape development, creating a private sanctuary out of a residential front yard. We transformed the corner into a captivating outdoor lounge with a stylish deck, perfect for quiet moments. Anchoring the space is a magnificent feature wall where a gentle water spout into a tranquil pool creating a music for the silent moments, surrounded by a tapestry of manicured greenery and elegant sculptural orbs that provide a sense of timeless calm.

The journey to the front door is equally enchanting, with a driveway built from sandblasted granite. This grand entrance is made magical by gentle water bubbles and a shallow pool with an approach through floating stepping stones, all framed by artfully selected plants. The rest of the lawn is elevated with intricate stone patterns, tying every element together into a cohesive and thoughtfully crafted work of art.
Crown Suites & Stays

The crown suites is a mixed-use development and is inspired by the elegant, classic geometry of European maze gardens, reimagined for a modern setting. We created a formal and organized landscape around the main driveway and drop-off area, providing a neat, timeless aesthetic that is both welcoming and professional. This design sets a tone of sophisticated elegance from the moment guests arrive.

The development is brought to life through a rich and textured material palette, featuring beautiful granite cobblestone and contemporary covered pathways. Strategically placed sculptures and distinct plantation zones guide visitors through the space, creating a series of visually stunning moments. The result is a landscape that feels both classic and perfectly suited for a high-end business environment.
Grand Bend Residence

The project is about an addition to comprised of a large living space that connects directly to the new terrace through large, multi-folding doors that open up completely. It is wrapped in a customized and stained Douglas Fir cladding. The terrace includes an upper cedar deck and a lower limestone terrace, designed to form an elegant and powerful connection to the property’s garden space

Perched on the Grand Bend lake side, this project was born from a vision to create a warm and cozy beach house that doubles as an entertainer's paradise while keeping it compact. We developed the home to capture breathtaking, panoramic bay views of the beache and serene sunsets of the evening while harmoniously settling into its surroundings. The layout was carefully considered as a separate entity from the main house, through connecting courtyard with a comfortable ground floor serving as a private retreat for the client’s adult children and friends, while the main house was dedicated to the luxurious master suite and expansive main living areas.

The design is a celebration of natural materials, where rich stone, concrete, and timber create a warm, inviting contrast with the bright white walls, blurring the lines between the interior and the coastal environment. The deck space is an absolute dream, featuring a double lounge one of which encircles a beautiful fire pit, a barbecue and basking deck, and a contemporary lawn accented by tall sculptures and a small water cascade. Inside, the guest dining room integrates seamlessly with the outdoors via a huge sliding window, and a dedicated gaming area ensures there's fun for everyone, making the home a perfect blend of serene retreat and lively social hub.

We've developed a landscape that is more than just beautiful, it's an experience crafted to engage all the human senses. From the beautiful driveway that graciously accommodates multiple cars to the gardens that perfectly complement the building's architectural style, every element works in harmony to create a stunning and cohesive aesthetic.

The gardens are designed as a sanctuary for both quiet moments and lively gatherings. The deck space serves as the perfect hub, aligned with an enormous water feature where sculptures mysteriously peeks out from the waterfall, creating a dramatic and serene focal point. Lush, curated plantations provide a natural privacy screen for parties and events, while the planting schemes themselves are a tapestry of textures, fragrances, and colors. This landscape is a true testament to the idea that a home's outdoor space can be an artistic masterpiece and a functional sanctuary all at once.
